T-Pain vs. Antares Technologies
Antares and T-Pain enjoyed a “fruitful business relationship” until T-Pain wanted to start The T-Pain Effect with a new company, Izotope. T-Pain sued Antares Technologies for $1M to distance himself from the company and ensure he would not lose money in his new business venture. T-Pain did not want Antares using his name, photos, likeness, or voice and claims they had been.
